The actuator is designed for use in heating and cooling systems where reliability and resistance to environmental conditions are critical. No special orientation is required during installation: it performs equally well when mounted vertically, horizontally, or at an angle.

A cycle time of 240 seconds is sufficiently long to avoid overloading the electrical network and minimize frequent switching, thereby extending the lifespan of both the actuator and the valve.

The position indicator on the housing is visible from every side – no need to rotate the device to check whether the valve is open or closed. This simplifies commissioning and servicing, and eliminates configuration errors.

Quick, tool-free installation – just a 90-degree turn

The integrated locking ring M30×1.5 enables fast, secure mounting on IMI valves (e.g., TBV-C, TA-Nano) without tools or screwdrivers. Simply press the actuator onto the thread and rotate it a quarter-turn – the snap mechanism locks automatically. Additionally, the first-open function holds the valve in the open position during initial startup, helping to purge air from the system and ensuring smooth system commissioning.

Power consumption of only 1 VA means minimal energy use – no special power supplies or large cable cross-sections are required. The 2 m cable provides ample freedom for routing to the controller or distribution board. The entire unit features a white housing – aesthetically pleasing and resistant to soiling.

No manual override is provided – this is not a service actuator. It is designed as an automated component in control systems, where operation is exclusively governed by the controller.
