Electrothermal actuator EMO T II

The EMO T II electrothermal actuator is a device for two-position regulation. It operates in on/off and PWM (pulse width modulation) modes.

Design and compatibility

The standard M30×1,5 connection allows for mounting on all IMI TA balancing and control valves, as well as underfloor heating manifolds. The snap-on ring simplifies installation - the actuator can be mounted with a single rotating motion without the need for additional tools.

The housing, made of shock-resistant PC/ABS polyamide in white (RAL 9016), guarantees long-term mechanical resistance and an aesthetic appearance throughout its service life.

Operating parameters and reliability

The actuator operates at an ambient temperature of 0-60°C with a supply voltage of 230V AC. The full cycle time is 240 seconds, and the actuator stroke is 5 mm.

The IP54 protection class protects the device against dust and water jets, allowing installation in any position - vertical, horizontal, or inverted.

User functionality

The position indicator, visible from every side, allows for an immediate assessment of the device's status without the need for disassembly.

The first-open function keeps the actuator in the open position until the system is started, which prevents startup issues in heating installations.

Energy efficiency and operational economy

The product has undergone rigorous endurance tests - it has successfully passed 150,000 operating cycles in combination with all IMI TA/IMI Heimeier valves. This feature guarantees years of trouble-free operation even under intensive use.

The actuator complies with the requirements of European standards EN 60730 and carries the CE certificate.
