Electrothermal actuator EMO T II 24V NO, 1m cable, on/off or PWM control 32204311011
Electrothermal actuator with visible position indicator and integrated adapter
The actuator operates in on/off or PWM mode, enabling flexible integration with various control systems — from simple two-point circuits to advanced pulse-width modulation controls. It is designed to work directly with balancing and control valves such as TBV-C or TA-Nano, as well as thermostatic valves — without requiring additional adapters.
Each unit features a visible position indicator from any angle — no need to rotate the device to check whether the valve is open or closed. This simplifies both installation and servicing, especially in confined spaces. Additionally, the first-open function keeps the actuator in the open position immediately after power is applied — preventing valve jamming during initial system startup.
It includes an integrated M30 x 1.5 adapter, eliminating the need for any additional components. Installation is fast — simply screw the actuator onto the valve and connect the 1 m cable. No special tools or calibration are required.
Construction and operating conditions
The actuator is liquid-filled, ensuring smooth and quiet operation — without the vibrations or characteristic "clicking" found in mechanical models. Its rated power is only 1 VA, so it imposes no significant load on the control circuit, even during prolonged use. The full cycle time (open-to-close) is 240 seconds — sufficiently slow to prevent thermal shocks in heating systems.
The IP54 protection rating allows installation in locations exposed to dust and water splashes — ideal for technical rooms, boiler rooms, or ventilation ducts. It operates stably within a temperature range of 0 to 60 °C, covering most typical conditions in residential and commercial buildings.
Supply voltage: 24 V AC/DC — compatible with most modern controllers and transformers. No auxiliary contacts or automatic stroke detection — this is a simple, reliable component without unnecessary complexity.
Why it works:
- Fail-open (NO) — in the absence of power, the valve remains open; critical for systems requiring continuous flow (e.g., underfloor heating).
- White color — blends seamlessly with the aesthetics of modern panels and enclosures.
- No manual override — eliminates risk of accidental adjustment by users.
- 1 m cable — sufficient for most installations; if longer length is needed, a compatible extension cable can be added.
There is nothing superfluous here — only what is essential: precise operation, environmental resilience, and effortless installation.
