The TA-Nano Plus pressure-independent balancing and control valve is the smallest PIBCV available on the market, designed specifically for applications requiring maximum space savings while maintaining full regulatory functionality. Thanks to its narrow and compact shape, it is ideal for heating and cooling installations where mounting space is limited.
High-quality construction and materials
The valve body is made of AMETAL® alloy, which guarantees exceptional resistance to corrosion and impurities contained in the working medium. This advanced material significantly reduces the risk of leaks, ensuring long-term tightness even under difficult operating conditions.
The pressure compensation mechanism operates based on a membrane design, which ensures stable operation at pressure differences up to 600 kPa. The valve is equipped with measurement ports, enabling precise diagnostics of operating parameters and control of flow settings.
Operating parameters and system compatibility
The device operates in a temperature range of -10°C to 120°C, allowing for use in both heating and cooling systems. The PN 25 pressure class and a minimum pressure difference of 20 kPa guarantee safe operation in typical HVAC installations.
The valve handles water media as well as water-glycol mixtures (up to 57% glycol content), which extends its application to installations requiring freeze protection. The connection via external thread G 3/4" (BSPP) ensures universal compatibility with most installation systems.
The flow characteristic is linear, and the maximum flow rate setting is 0,105 m³/h. The actuator stroke length is 4 mm, enabling precise regulation while maintaining the compact dimensions of the entire device.
