Pressure-independent balancing and control valve (PIBCV) TA-Nano Plus, DN15 LF GZ (Low Flow) 32221310015

Compact valve with precise control for small circuits

The TA-Nano Plus valve is the smallest pressure-independent balancing and control valve on the market, with a nominal diameter of DN15. Its compact design—just 65 mm in length and 72 mm in height—allows installation even in the most space-constrained areas, where other models would require system modifications. This is not just about saving space—it’s a real reduction in installation time and adaptation costs.

Flow regulation is performed directly on the valve, without the need for additional programmers or software. The setting remains visible even after the actuator is mounted, and color-coded markings enable quick identification during servicing. The linear characteristic and 4 mm stroke ensure smooth, precise control—from a minimum flow of 0.029 m³/h to a maximum of 0.29 m³/h. This is the ideal solution for small radiators, underfloor heating loops, or heat exchangers in low-energy systems.

Operates regardless of pressure fluctuations

The mechanical pressure compensation functions within a range of 15 to 600 kPa—ensuring the valve maintains the set flow even under significant network variations. It prevents overflows that cause noise, uneven heating, and unnecessary energy consumption. This feature is especially critical in multi-loop systems, where pressure differences between branches are natural.

The valve is manufactured from AMETAL® alloy, significantly enhancing resistance to corrosion and contaminants in heating water. This means not only longer service life but also reduced risk of leaks and failures. Standard BSPP (G) threaded connections and M30 x 1.5 actuator interface ensure compatibility with the vast majority of existing installations.

Measurement and diagnostics without additional components

Each valve features integrated measurement ports—simply connect a manometer or IMI TA measuring device to read the actual flow rate without installing additional sensors. This function enables rapid diagnostics: Is the circuit performing as designed? Is a radiator blocked? Is flow stable after external temperature changes?

The valve operates in temperatures ranging from -10°C to 120°C and is approved for use with glycol, making it universally suitable for both heating and cooling systems. The working pressure rating of PN25 meets standards for modern heating installations.

It requires no electrical power, has no motors or electronics—so it is immune to failures caused by voltage fluctuations or electromagnetic interference. Simple, but not simpler than necessary.
