Compact balancing valve that operates without additional regulators

The TA-Nano Plus valve is the smallest PIBCV on the market with a DN15 diameter—its dimensions (65 x 72 mm) allow installation even in the most space-constrained locations where other valves won’t fit. It requires no additional space for servicing or adjustment tools—setting is performed directly on the valve and remains visible even after actuator installation.

Precise regulation and hydraulic control

It operates mechanically—requires no power, NFC, or software. Its linear characteristic and 4 mm stroke enable smooth, accurate flow adjustment within a range of 0.055 to 0.55 m³/h. A minimum pressure differential of 15 kPa and maximum of 600 kPa ensure stable performance under varying load conditions. The valve eliminates overflow at terminal units, preventing system overwork and energy waste.

Robust and functional design

Housing made of AMETAL®—a specially formulated alloy designed for corrosion and contamination resistance—minimizes leakage risk and extends service life. BSPP (male thread) connections are compatible with most heating systems. Integrated measurement ports allow flow verification without disassembly, simplifying diagnostics and system balancing. Operates with glycol and fluids at temperatures from -10 to 120 °C—ideal for both heating and cooling systems.

Simple identification and installation

Color-coded markings enable quick valve identification during servicing or system commissioning. Adjustment is intuitive—no disassembly or additional tools required. Everything functions immediately after installation.
