Operation with control valves – without compromises

The EMO TM II actuator operates smoothly and precisely, adjusting the valve position according to a 0–10 V signal. This makes it ideal for systems requiring precise regulation—such as those with TA-Modulator, TBV-CM, or TA-Nano valves. No manual calibration is required: automatic stroke detection ensures correct operation immediately after connection—regardless of the installed valve type.

Installation and reliability in practice

The M30 x 1.5 connection with a snap ring is easy to mount—even in hard-to-reach locations. No tools or additional components are needed: the adapter is built-in. A position indicator visible from any angle allows quick verification of whether the actuator is in open, closed, or intermediate position—during commissioning, servicing, or diagnostics.

Constructed from moisture- and dust-resistant materials, the IP54 protection rating ensures reliable operation even in humid environments or during vertical mounting. There is no risk of damage from condensation or dust.

Low energy consumption and safety

It consumes only 1 VA—meaning it does not overload the power supply and enables simpler, more cost-effective power solutions in multi-point installations. It operates on 24 V AC, the standard voltage in heating and ventilation systems.

The fail-closed (NC) function ensures safety: in the event of power loss, the valve automatically closes—critical in systems protecting against overheating. A cycle time of 240 seconds is sufficiently long for most heating applications, eliminating the risk of motor overheating during prolonged operation.

All these features ensure that the actuator not only operates precisely but also delivers long-term durability—tested for over 150 000 cycles in combination with IMI valves.
