STAD ZERO lead-free DN 15 balancing valve with 1/2'' female thread, PN 25 52853215
Lead-free solution for precise hydraulic regulation
The STAD ZERO balancing valve is an advanced device made of lead-free brass with a lead content below 0.1%, meeting the latest environmental requirements. The product enables precise hydraulic regulation of the installation, ensuring optimal operating conditions for heating and cooling systems.
Ideal for use in heating and cooling installations, as well as in domestic hot water circulation systems. Thanks to the use of lead-free materials, the valve provides a safe solution for modern sanitary installations.
High-quality construction and materials
The valve body is made of AMETAL® alloy - a special material resistant to dezincification, which guarantees long-term and consistent valve operation and significantly reduces the risk of leaks. All key structural elements are made of the same high-quality material.
The seals are made of EPDM, ensuring reliability across a wide range of operating temperatures from -20°C to a maximum of 120°C (temporarily up to 150°C). The sliding washer made of PTFE guarantees smooth operation of the regulating mechanism throughout its service life.
The valve operates at a nominal pressure of PN25 and is suitable for use with water, neutral fluids, and water-glycol mixtures with a concentration of up to 57%. The flow coefficient Kvs is 2.56 m³/h.
Precise regulation and functional utility
Equipped with a graduated scale on the knob, which enables accurate and rapid hydraulic setting. The knob, made of polyamide and TPE, ensures ergonomic handling and an easily accessible full shut-off function.
Self-sealing measuring ports allow for quick and accurate parameter measurement during the hydraulic balancing process without the risk of leaks during measurements. The system offers comprehensive functionality including flow balancing, pre-setting, parameter measurement, and the possibility of complete medium shut-off.
Additionally, the valve features a drain function (marked "odw."), which facilitates servicing and maintenance of the installation. Threaded connections comply with ISO 228/7/1 and DIN 3546 standards, ensuring universal installation in various system setups.
