STAD ZERO lead-free DN 50 balancing valve with 1/2'' connection, PN 25 52853250
Lead-free balancing valve for precise hydraulic regulation
The STAD ZERO balancing valve is a professional solution for heating and cooling installations, made of lead-free brass with a lead content below 0.1%. The product is dedicated to the precise balancing of liquid flow in HVAC systems and domestic hot water circulation.
Construction and materials ensuring durability
The valve body is made of AMETAL® - a special lead-free brass alloy characterized by a reduced risk of leakage and extended service life. The working elements are made of stainless steel, which guarantees corrosion resistance and long-term operation.
The device operates in temperatures from -20°C to +120°C, at a maximum pressure of PN 25 (25 bar). The nominal diameter DN 50 and a flow coefficient value of Kvs = 32.3 allow for the handling of larger installations with high flow rates.
Functionality and precision of regulation
The valve is equipped with an ergonomic knob with a diameter of 70 mm and a graduated scale, which allows for quick and accurate setting. This enables precise hydraulic balancing of the entire installation.
Self-sealing test points allow for quick and accurate measurement during the hydraulic balancing process. The valve features a full shut-off function and is equipped with measurement connections and impulse tubes.
Application and operational benefits
The lead-free construction ensures safe operation and is environmentally friendly. The use of the valve improves the energy efficiency of the entire installation and stabilizes the operation of HVAC devices.
The device holds the KIWA certificate and is suitable for use with domestic water, central heating water, and in domestic hot water installations.
