STAD ZERO lead-free balancing valve DN 25 with 1/2'' connection, PN 25 52853225
Versatile solution for hydraulic installations
The STAD ZERO balancing valve is a professional tool for precise hydraulic balancing in heating, cooling, and domestic hot water circulation systems. Thanks to its construction from lead-free brass with lead content below 0.1%, the product meets the latest environmental requirements and is safe for user health.
Materials and operating parameters
The valve body and cover are made of AMETAL® - a special dezincification-resistant alloy. This advanced material guarantees long-term durability and reliable operation even under demanding operating conditions. Seals are made of high-quality EPDM O-rings, ensuring tightness across a wide temperature range.
The valve operates at temperatures from -20°C to 120°C (temporarily up to 150°C) with a maximum pressure of PN 25. The design is adapted for use with water, neutral fluids, and water-glycol mixtures with a concentration up to 57%. Smooth ends allow connection to compression systems, while internal and external threads comply with ISO 228 standards.
Precise control and functionality
Equipped with a knob with a digital scale, it enables quick and accurate presetting and complete flow shut-off when required. The self-sealing measuring nipples system allows for fast and precise measurement during hydraulic balancing without the risk of leaks.
The valve offers four basic functions: flow balancing, presetting, parameter measurement, and complete medium shut-off. Depending on the type, a system draining function is also available. All control elements are made of durable materials - polyamide and TPE for knobs, and stainless steel for springs.
Compliance and certifications
The product meets European standard requirements and carries CE marking for nominal diameters DN 50 and above. The valve body is marked with the IMI TA symbol and parameters PN 25/400 WWP (Maximum Working Pressure), nominal diameter DN, and size in inches. The knob features colored markings TA STAD* and the nominal diameter.
