At the heart of the system is ultrasonic flow measurement technology, which, combined with a unique EQM characteristic, ensures precise regulation throughout the entire valve stroke range. The valve offers three control modes: regulation based on flow, power, or valve opening degree, with the possibility of flexible configuration of constant percentage/linear characteristics.

The system utilizes two Pt1000 temperature sensors, which are calibrated in pairs to achieve maximum accuracy even at low temperature difference values. This allows the power measurement to achieve an accuracy from ±3.8% to ±4.2% depending on ΔT.

Operational precision and system safety

The valve ensures exceptional regulation accuracy from 0.5% to 100% of the nominal flow, maintaining stable operation even at very low flows typical for partial system loads (70-80% of operating time). A maximum differential pressure of 400 kPa and a minimum differential pressure of 5 kPa define the device's operating range.

The self-regulating stroke length function automatically adjusts the operating range to current working conditions. The system is equipped with advanced safety features, including protection against valve seizing and detection of mechanism blockage. In the event of an error, the system automatically moves to a safe position.

Compactness and system integration

The valve design is up to 80% smaller than comparable products available on the market, significantly simplifying installation, especially in retrofit applications. The body made of EN-GJS-400-15 (GGG 40) cast iron ensures high durability and corrosion resistance.

Flanged connections compliant with EN-1092-2 type 21 standards allow for standard integration with existing piping systems. The device dimensions (400×440 mm) allow for installation even in limited spaces. The IP54 protection rating and an ambient temperature range of 0...50°C guarantee operation in diverse environmental conditions.

Management, communication, and data monitoring

The system offers multi-channel communication including digital protocols (BACnet/Modbus) and analog signals (0(2)-10 VDC or 0(4)-20 mA). A web interface enables configuration and monitoring of operating parameters via a standard web browser.

The built-in data logger enables data storage for up to 13 months, and optional cloud data collection provides access to information from anywhere. The Delta-T management function allows for control of the supply and return temperature difference, and the system can operate in heating/cooling mode.

Seals made of ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber ensure tightness even at extreme medium temperatures (-10...110°C). A power supply of 24V AC/DC ±15% and a maximum power consumption of only 10.8 VA make the system energy-efficient and easy to integrate with standard building control systems.
