Solution for controlling mixed heating systems

This hydraulic kit has been designed to manage complex heating systems where it is necessary to simultaneously supply zones with different temperature requirements. In its standard configuration, the module supports one high-temperature circuit zone (e.g., traditional radiators) and two independent low-temperature zones, ideal for underfloor heating. Thanks to the built-in hydraulic separator with a capacity of up to 35 kW, the device effectively distributes loads, ensuring stable boiler operation even with large flow rate differences in individual circuits. This is crucial for avoiding disturbances in the heat source operation and maintaining thermal comfort throughout the building.

Intelligent automation and energy savings

The modern control unit is the heart of this system. It allows for full two-way communication with dedicated Immergas gas boilers, eliminating the need for additional relays or complex wiring. Importantly for both the installer and the user, the system supports weather compensation via a system outdoor probe. This enables independent setting of heating curves for each of the mixing-valve equipped zones – meaning precise temperature adjustment to current atmospheric conditions and the specific requirements of a given room.

The system also offers a temperature reduction function, which automatically activates when only the mixing zones are active. The supply temperature regulation range for these zones is from 25 to 75 °C, providing great flexibility during installation design. All three circuits are equipped with energy-efficient circulation pumps with electronic speed control (ErP directive compliant), resulting in lower electricity consumption compared to older mechanical models. Additionally, each zone features its own check valve, which prevents backflow of the heating medium and improves the efficiency of the entire system.

Flexible installation and ready-to-use design

For a professional, installation is often a logistical challenge, which is why this manifold offers a universal approach to installation. The device can be mounted classically on a wall or hidden within a built-in niche – the frame depth is only 19 cm, allowing for the aesthetic concealment of the installation even in smaller boiler rooms or technical cabinets. The entire unit comes factory-prepared as a complete kit: it includes the hydraulic layout, three pumps, two three-way valves with actuators, and the control electronics all in one housing. Such integration significantly shortens installation time and reduces the risk of errors when connecting individual components on-site.

It is worth noting that the ON/OFF control signal layout makes the module compatible not only with Immergas gas boilers but also allows it to work with other heat sources that possess the appropriate control signal. This "all-in-one" solution eliminates the need to purchase separate manifolds, pumps, or actuators, ultimately simplifying procurement and installation logistics for the installer and increasing system reliability for the end user of a home or public building.
