The ZK-3/RBL cable-measurement connector is a device designed in accordance with the PGE 2024 standard, intended for connecting individual electrical installations. The free-standing design ensures easy installation and servicing in various installation conditions.

Construction and operational safety

The enclosure, made with a wall thickness of 3,5 mm, guarantees high mechanical resistance and long-term structural stability. The material, meeting the requirements of flammability class V0, ensures the highest level of fire safety - it does not spread flames and extinguishes spontaneously after the fire source is removed.

Cable compartment equipment - connection flexibility

The central element of the cable compartment is the busbars, which allow for even distribution of electrical energy to individual circuits. The system is equipped with two size 2 fuse-switch disconnectors, each with a rated current of 400A, equipped with V-type terminals. This type of connection ensures secure fastening of large-cross-section conductors and minimizes the risk of contact overheating.

Additionally, one size 00 fuse-switch disconnector with a current of 160A is installed, allowing for the handling of smaller auxiliary circuits or devices with lower current consumption. The presence of a PEN busbar enables the correct routing of the protective-neutral conductor in accordance with current electrical installation standards.

Measurement system - precise energy control

The measurement compartment has been designed with the easy installation of control and measurement systems in mind. There is a dedicated space here for pre-metering protection, which protects the measurement system against potential surges or overloads.

The standard TL-3f meter board enables the installation of a three-phase electricity meter, which is essential for the correct billing of energy consumption. Additionally, an enclosure containing service protection (FR) is installed, which protects the installation on the consumer side from the effects of power grid failures.

Energy distribution - practical solutions

The system is equipped with a 4×35 mm² feeder bar, which allows for the distribution of power to a maximum of four independent circuits with conductor cross-sections of up to 35 mm² each. This configuration provides flexibility in planning the building's internal installation.

Internal conductors with a cross-section of 10 mm² guarantee minimization of voltage drops and adequate current efficiency for the entire system, despite larger distances between individual switchgear components.

Compliance with the PGE 2024 standard

The product has been developed in accordance with the latest requirements of the PGE 2024 standard, guaranteeing full compatibility with the energy infrastructure of the distribution system operator. This standard specifies detailed requirements regarding technical parameters, dimensions, and functionality of cable-measurement switchgears used in the PGE distribution network.
