This SSTG type gas cabinet made of plastic is a reliable solution for securing gas meters and gas connections. Designed for both professional installers and end-users, it combines durability, resistance to external conditions and ease of installation. This model, in yellow RAL 1021, is ideal for use in places exposed to atmospheric and chemical factors. The cabinet is designed for mounting four gas meters vertically (single connection 2+2).

Robust construction and highest quality materials

The cabinet is made of SMC composite – a thermosetting plastic reinforced with fiberglass. This material is characterized by exceptional resistance to impact (IK10), mechanical deformation and corrosion. SMC is also a self-extinguishing material, which increases safety (compliance with PN-EN 13501-1 standard). In addition, a UV-resistant paint ensures long-lasting color and mechanical properties. The cabinet structure is based on interlocking elements, which ensures its rigidity and stability even during installation and operation. The cabinet doors, mounted around the entire perimeter with a stabilizing rim, effectively protect against rainwater entering the interior.

Functionality and practical solutions

The cabinet has been designed with ease of installation and subsequent operation in mind. The single connection allows for quick and easy connection of gas meters, eliminating mounting stresses and reducing the number of threaded connections. Natural ventilation through ventilation openings ensures adequate air circulation inside the cabinet. A universal lock with a triangular pin (9 mm) provides access to fire and gas services. Durable information labels are placed on the doors: “GAS” and “PSG Property”. The lack of a window on the doors increases security and makes unauthorized access to the meter readings more difficult.
