This thermosetting STN 80x84/2 enclosure is a solid solution for protecting and organizing electrical equipment. Made of glass fiber reinforced polyester (SMC), it provides high mechanical and thermal resistance, making it ideal for demanding working conditions. The enclosure is available in RAL 7035 color, providing an aesthetic appearance and good visibility.

The enclosure has dimensions of 800 mm width, 840 mm height and 250 mm depth. The split design into two 40 cm wide compartments facilitates mounting and access to installed components. This allows for effective separation of circuits or devices inside the enclosure. A lock insert (insert not included) provides additional security, and PVC hinges and hinges guarantee durability and corrosion resistance. Mounting angles allow for stable mounting of the enclosure to the ground or wall.

Construction and materials:

The enclosure is made of SMC polyester, which is characterized by high mechanical strength and resistance to temperatures up to 960°C and has a flammability class V0. These are key features for applications in industry where safety is a priority. In addition, the material is resistant to weathering, allowing the enclosure to be used outdoors as well - especially if covered with a special polyurethane varnish (optional). The enclosure design has been designed with ease of installation and adaptation to individual user needs in mind. Before mounting to the foundation, unscrew the bottom of the enclosure to ensure proper connection and tightening of the elements.
