The JUNKERS CERAPUR GC2200W gas condensing boiler is an advanced technological heating device that combines the functions of central heating and instantaneous domestic hot water preparation. By utilizing condensing technology, it achieves a maximum efficiency of up to 109%, which translates into significant savings in gas consumption and lower operating costs.

The device is designed for medium-sized single-family houses, offering a heating capacity of 4.8-21.4 kW for the central heating system and increased power up to 25 kW for domestic hot water preparation. This power range ensures optimal matching to the thermal needs of a typical residential building.

Advanced condensing technology

The heart of the boiler is a new stainless steel aluminum-silicon heat exchanger, which uses the condensation process to recover heat from flue gases. This advanced design allows for achieving a seasonal space heating energy efficiency of 94% and a water heating energy efficiency of 85%.

The boiler operates within a wide modulation range starting from 4.8 kW, allowing for very economical adjustment of operation to the current heat demand. Automatic power modulation at a ratio of up to 1:5 eliminates unnecessary energy losses characteristic of traditional on/off boilers.

The device is characterized by very low nitrogen oxide emissions - NOx class, making it exceptionally environmentally friendly. Additionally, operation independent of room air and chimney draft ensures greater installation flexibility.

Dual-function design and user comfort

JUNKERS CERAPUR GC2200W is a dual-function boiler that automatically switches between heating mode and domestic hot water preparation without the need for an additional storage tank. The increased power for DHW (up to 25 kW) guarantees high user comfort - the efficiency is 11.6 l/min (according to EN 13203-1), which corresponds to the increased hot water comfort class ★★.

The device is equipped with an intuitive control panel with seven buttons and a clear LCD display. The panel's menu and functionalities were developed based on user feedback, guaranteeing simple and intuitive operation even for people without technical experience.

The boiler can work with a wide range of additional Cx series room and weather compensators in the EMS2 system, enabling maximum utilization of condensation and extending the device's lifespan.

Operating parameters and installation requirements

The device is adapted for operation on natural gas E (GZ50) and can optionally be converted to liquid gas (P). The boiler has a sealed combustion chamber and requires the purchase of an air/flue adapter (Ø80/125 mm or Ø60/100 mm).

Compact dimensions (713 × 400 × 300 mm) and a mass of approximately 35 kg allow for installation even in small boiler rooms or technical niches.

The boiler operates very quietly - the sound power level is 43 dB. The declared XL load profile guarantees optimal operation throughout the entire heating season.

The device meets the highest energy efficiency standards - it has class A for both heating and domestic hot water preparation, which translates into real savings in operating costs throughout the entire period of use.
