Copper elbow for KAN-therm Copper installation

90° Copper elbow is an indispensable element of the KAN-therm Copper system, designed for creating connections in water and heating installations. Made of high-quality CU-DHP copper, it ensures durability and corrosion resistance. The fitting is designed for press connections, which guarantees quick and reliable installation without the need for soldering.

The elbow with a diameter of 22 mm and a bending angle of 90° is perfect for surface-mounted installations, as well as in the renovation of historic buildings, where minimizing interference with the building structure is key. Thanks to the use of an EPDM O-ring seal, the connection is tight in the temperature range from -20°C to 110°C and withstands pressure up to 16 bar.

Press technology – speed and connection reliability

The KAN-therm Copper system is based on the “press” technology, which eliminates the need to screw or solder elements. Installation is carried out using readily available crimping tools, which significantly speeds up work and reduces costs. The three-point crimp in the “M” profile ensures an exceptionally safe and durable connection, minimizing the risk of leaks. The use of this technology also allows for connections with a minimized narrowing of the pipe cross-section, which translates into better hydraulic parameters of the installation and reduced pressure losses.

Application and compatibility

The 90° Copper elbow is compatible with copper pipes compliant with EN 1057 R220/R250/R290 standards. It can be used in installations:
