Brass composite elbow with copper pipe – aesthetic and reliable connection

This is a composite elbow, made of brass (CW617N) and equipped with a nickel-plated copper pipe with a diameter of 15 mm. The elbow length is 300 mm. It is an element of the ultraLINE system, designed for the aesthetic connection of radiators or other fixtures mounted on walls.

The elbow is designed to work with radiator valves and directly with VK-type radiators, using fittings for connecting nickel-plated tubes with a diameter of 15 mm. The connections are self-sealing, which simplifies installation and ensures reliable operation. The oring-free design with minimal constriction makes the connection optimal when using push-fit sleeves.

The KAN-therm ultraLINE system, of which this elbow is a part, includes polyethylene PE-X and PE-RT pipes, multilayer PE-RT/Al/PE-RT pipes, and brass and PPSU fittings in the range of diameters from 14 to 32 mm. The connection technique based on pushing sleeves guarantees the reliability and tightness of the installation – without the need for additional seals.
