Brass elbow with copper pipe ultraLINE – reliability and aesthetics of connections
This is a brass elbow with a nickel-plated copper pipe, designed for aesthetic and durable connection of radiators and other heating system components mounted on walls. Made of high-quality brass (CW617N) and nickel-plated copper pipe with a diameter of 15 mm, it ensures reliable operation and corrosion resistance. The elbow length is 300 mm, which provides flexibility in choosing the appropriate distance between installation elements.
Functionality and application
The elbow is part of the ultraLINE system, which is characterized by a ringless construction and minimized constriction. This means that the connections are tight and characterized by low pressure losses. To connect the elbow to radiator valves and VK-type radiators, dedicated fittings for nickel-plated tubes with a diameter of 15 mm should be used. The connections are self-sealing, which simplifies installation and eliminates the risk of leaks.

Construction and installation – convenience for professionals
The ultraLINE system is based on the sleeve technique, which means that a sleeve is required for each connection (except for screwed connections). Installation requires the use of specialized tools: a calibrator, a socketing tool and a manual or automatic crimping tool KAN. Symmetrical sleeves allow for bilateral installation, which increases convenience during installation. The lack of O-rings in the construction of the fittings eliminates the risk of their damage and ensures long-term tightness of the connections. Thanks to this, installers can count on quick and trouble-free installation, and end-users on trouble-free operation of the system for many years.
