Brass wall elbow for KAN-therm ultraLINE installation

This wall elbow is made of brass (CW617N) with ultraLINE U GW ears, designed for connecting pipes in KAN-therm installations. The profiled approach for the tap facilitates installation and provides an aesthetic appearance. It is an element of the ultraLINE system, which includes PE-X, PE-RT, PE-RT/Al/PE-RT pipes and brass and PPSU fittings in the range of diameters from 14 to 32 mm.

Installation method and compatibility

The elbow is designed for ringless connection of PERT2, PEXC and PERTAL2 pipes using a PVDF plastic sliding sleeve. This eliminates the need for additional seals, which translates to reliable and leak-proof connections. A characteristic feature of this fitting is the minimized constriction, which affects the optimal flow of the medium. The internal thread (Rp1/2") ensures a solid connection with the installation elements.

Application and structural features

The height of the elbow without a cap is 41 mm. The included cap is used to perform a pressure test of the installation - an important stage of checking the tightness and correctness of the connections. U GW ears facilitate mounting the elbow to the wall, providing stable mounting. The brass construction guarantees durability and corrosion resistance, as well as ensures the durability of the connection for years.
