Universal solution for water and heating installations

The ultraPRESS brass reducing tee is a professional press fitting that enables the creation of branches in single-layer and multilayer pipe installations. Thanks to its reducing design, it allows for a smooth transition between different pipe diameters while maintaining high tightness and connection durability.

High-quality construction and materials

The tee body is made of CW617N brass - a material with high resistance to corrosion and long-term water exposure. The press sleeve made of 1.4301 stainless steel guarantees a durable connection to the pipe. EPDM O-ring sealing (ethylene propylene diene monomer) ensures full tightness.

The system supports U and TH type crimping profiles, making it compatible with most presses available on the market. The maximum working pressure is 10 bar at a temperature of 20°C.

LBP function and installation safety

A key feature of the tee is the LBP (Leak Before Press) function - a controlled leak that signals unpressed connections even before the installation is put into service. The signaling of unpressed connections eliminates potential installation errors.

The diameter identification ring facilitates quick selection of the appropriate pressing tool, accelerating installation work. For diameters 50mm and 63mm, the ring is not used for structural reasons.

Application in modern installation systems

The tee is ideal for UltraPress systems based on PE-Xc or PE-RT polyethylene pipes with an EVOH barrier and PE-RT/Al with an aluminum layer. The universal design allows for flexible design of water and heating installations.

Press technology enables rapid installation and a high level of safety for connections made mechanically using hydraulic or electric presses.
