Built-in linear ceiling fixture for indoor ceilings

The fixture is designed for recessed installation – mounting is simple, and its low profile (52 mm) allows use even in spaces with limited clearance. The downward-directed light, with a 60° beam angle in both planes, provides uniform illumination beneath the fixture without the “tunnel effect.” Ideal for production halls, warehouses, offices, and retail spaces where brightness and precision are essential.

Light with a color temperature of 4000 K is neutral white – neither cold like 6500 K nor warm like 3000 K. It delivers a natural tone that reduces eye strain during prolonged work. A color rendering index (Ra) of 80 ensures accurate reproduction of object and material colors – crucial when working with paints, textiles, or documents. A UGR value below 17 indicates low glare levels – no discomfort even when looking directly at the fixture.

Construction and Performance

The housing is made of steel and engineered plastic – rigid and resistant to deformation during installation. The black plastic lens with a louvered grid minimizes “backlighting” and helps control light distribution. The integrated SMD LED source is non-replaceable, designed for long-term use. With a lifespan of 50,000 hours and L90B10 rating, the fixture will still emit over 90% of its initial luminous flux after this period – without sudden brightness drop.

An efficacy of 110 lm/W with a luminous flux of 4600 lm reflects the efficiency typical of modern LED solutions – real energy savings are achieved. Operation at 220–240 V AC and 50 Hz frequency is standard for the Polish power grid. Connection via a self-clamping terminal block simplifies installation – no manual wire twisting required; simply insert a cable with a cross-section of 0.5 to 2.5 mm² and close the clamp.

Compliance and Operating Conditions

The fixture has Class I protection – requires grounding. IP20 rating protects only against touch and large foreign objects – suitable exclusively for dry indoor environments. Operating temperature limited to 5–25°C means it is not suitable for locations with extreme temperature fluctuations – e.g., slightly cold warehouses without heating in winter. DALI control capability is a key advantage for installers: it can be integrated into smart lighting systems for brightness regulation, grouping, and scene programming.

All of this sums up to one: solid construction, precise lighting, and compatibility with modern control systems – without unnecessary embellishments.
