The storm gate with a diameter of 50 mm is a reliable solution to protect the sewage system from the effects of sewage backflow. It is the only gate on the market designed for installation in vertical sections of pipes, making it ideal for applications where standard solutions are difficult to implement – for example, in residential blocks.

Functionality and application

The device is designed for installation in vertical sections of sanitary sewage systems, protecting rooms from flooding. It can protect not only a single device, but also several connected to the same installation – sinks, dishwashers or washing machines. This makes it an effective protection for the entire installation. The gate has a manual closing lever, which allows for quick and effective blocking of backflow, as well as protection against unpleasant odors during prolonged disuse of the installation.

Construction and features

The gate is made of high-quality PP-HT plastic, which guarantees its durability and resistance to sewage. The white color facilitates integration with the existing installation. The weight of the device is 0.15 kg. The shape of the flap cover and the smooth inner surface minimize the risk of sediment accumulation and facilitate self-cleaning of the valve. In addition, the construction ensures a safe distance of the flap from the bottom of the housing, which guarantees proper operation and long-term reliability. The gate has been tested in accordance with PN-EN 13564 and has a CE mark, confirming its compliance with European safety standards.
