Mounting photovoltaic panels – reliable end clamp

The end clamp, also known as the end terminal, is a key mounting element in photovoltaic systems. It is used to securely and permanently mount the panels to the supporting structure, ensuring the stability of the entire installation. Made of 6060 aluminum and coated with black paint, it guarantees not only durability but also an aesthetic appearance. Designed for panels with a frame thickness of 30 mm, it is a universal solution for both pitched and flat roofs, as well as ground structures.

Construction and application

The end clamp with a length of 50 mm and a hole diameter of 8 mm is compatible with various types of aluminum profiles – for hexagonal screws, hammer screws, and trapezoidal sheets. The toothed surfaces pressing against the panel frame provide a secure hold of the module, minimizing the risk of shifting or damage caused by wind or other weather conditions. Installation is done using a standard M8 screw (not included), which simplifies and speeds up the installation process.
