The Simon 55 roller shutter controller is an element of a system enabling convenient management of roller shutters in your home. Designed to control TEZ1L.01/.. local controllers, it allows you to create a personalized control system tailored to your needs. Finished in an elegant graphite matte, it fits perfectly into modern interiors, and its flush-mounting ensures an aesthetic appearance of the installation.

Functionality and application

The controller is designed to control a single roller shutter, being a basic element of a central control system. Thanks to the automatic roller shutter calibration function, you do not have to hold the button during the entire lifting or lowering process – the device will stop automatically at the desired position. Additionally, the ability to program a favorite position allows you to quickly set the roller shutter to your preferred level of shading.

The controller has built-in LED backlighting, which makes it easier to locate in the dark and informs about its status. The "blinds" symbol on the rocker button intuitively indicates its purpose. The device operates at a rated voltage of 230V and a rated current of 8A, meeting safety and reliability standards.

Installation and compatibility

The Simon 55 controller is flush-mounted using claws or screws. It is compatible with Simon 55 LINE frames (dimensions 2257-2274), allowing you to create a consistent and aesthetic electrical installation. Please remember that installation requires additional wiring for the roller shutter buttons. The device meets the ETIM EC000044 standard (blind/shutter switch) and has a protection degree of IP20.
