Single RJ11 telephone socket from the Simon Akord series is a compact telecommunications module equipped with a standard RJ11 connector. Made of high-quality halogen-free PC material, it ensures not only durability of use but also enhanced safety - the absence of halogens means no release of toxic substances during combustion.

Construction and Mounting System

Stable installation seating is ensured by the claw and screw system, which guarantees secure mounting in a standard mounting box. Module with dimensions of 80.5 × 90 × 27 mm (installation depth only 17 mm) ideally fits into a standard mounting box. The insulation-piercing clamp enables quick and secure mounting of telephone wires without the need to pre-strip the cable - the current pierces the insulation automatically when tightened.

Finish, Color and Protection Parameters

The matte surface finish of the lacquer gives the socket an elegant, modern character. Black color RAL 9004 works perfectly in classic arrangements as well as modern minimalist interiors. PC material is characterized by high resistance to intensive use, which translates into long-lasting aesthetics and functionality.

Standardly the socket offers IP20 protection degree, protecting against finger touch and access of solid objects >12mm. Thanks to the possibility of applying a dedicated sealing gasket, the protection degree can be raised to IP44. This solution enables installation in rooms with elevated humidity where standard IP20 sockets would not meet safety requirements.

The module belongs to ETIM class EC001264 Telecommunications socket and is designed for flush mounting. Simple RJ output direction and Kinsun plug compatibility ensure universal application range. The product is available in individual packaging (shrink wrap) and collective packaging (closed box) of 14 pieces.
