Universal binding and fastening straps

SP 100x2.5 HA tape is a reliable element for organizing and securing wires, cables and tubes. It will work both in installations carried out by professionals and in DIY projects. Made of durable polyamide (PA), it provides a solid and durable connection. Its versatility results from the possibility of use in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to 85°C – which makes it suitable for use in various environmental conditions.

Construction and properties

SP 100x2.5 HA fastening straps are characterized by internal serration, which ensures a secure closure and prevents accidental disconnection. Tensile strength at 80 N guarantees binding stability even under load. The material from which the tape is made – polyamide – is resistant to many chemicals and ensures long-term operation. Flame retardancy class V2 (UL94) confirms its fire resistance, which increases the safety of the installation. Additionally, the tape is halogen-free, which minimizes the risk of toxic gases forming in the event of a fire.

Application and mounting

SP 100x2.5 HA tape is ideal for organizing cabling in electrical cabinets, switchboards, as well as in telecommunications and alarm installations. It can be used to bind both single cables and groups of wires. Dedicated holders are recommended for mounting the fastening straps to the substrate. It should be remembered that the tape does not have long-term resistance to UV radiation, therefore it is not recommended for outdoor applications exposed to direct sunlight.
