Universal binding and fastening straps

SP 140x3.5 FA binding tape is a reliable solution for organizing wires, cables and pipes in electrical, telecommunications and other installations. Made of durable polyamide (PA), it provides solid and durable fastening. A width of 3.5 mm makes it ideal for applications where compactness is important, and a length of 140 mm allows for securing larger bundles.

Construction and properties

SP 140x3.5 FA cable ties are characterized by internal serration, which ensures a secure closure and prevents accidental disconnection. Tensile strength at 180 N guarantees stability even under heavy load. The material is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire. UL94 V2 flammability class confirms its fire resistance. In addition, the tape has a UL certificate, which proves its high quality and compliance with safety standards.

Application and installation

These straps are widely used in both internal and external installations (please note the lack of long-term resistance to UV radiation). They are ideal for binding cables in installation boxes, cable ducts and for fastening wires in building installations. For mounting cable ties to the substrate, it is recommended to use dedicated holders. The operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C allows their use in difficult environmental conditions. Installation is simple and quick - just wrap the tape around the bundle and tighten it to the desired tension.
