The material features self-extinguishing properties—it extinguishes within 30 seconds, significantly increasing the fire safety level of the installation. /br The system complies with the requirements of standards EN 50085-1 ed.2:06 and EN 50085-2-1:07, ensuring full compliance with European standards for cable routing systems. The glow wire test conducted at 850°C confirms high resistance to fire. /br

Technical parameters and environmental operating conditions

/br The component provides an IP40 protection rating, protecting against access to hazardous parts by finger and against access by wire. IK06 impact resistance (0.5 J) guarantees resistance to mechanical impacts typical for installation environments. /br The operating temperature range is from -5°C to +60°C, allowing for installation in both heated rooms and cooler building zones. The height of the component is 17 mm, ensuring compatibility with the LHD trunking system of the same size. /br

Application and system compatibility

/br The cover is designed for wall or ceiling mounting, making it ideal for low-voltage distribution. Thanks to the double locking mechanism, the cover significantly increases the rigidity of the duct and ensures a more secure fastening of the cover. /br The system can be used in areas where there is a risk of flammable gases and vapors (explosion protection zone 2) and in areas with a risk of explosive dust (explosion protection zone 22). It is compatible with base materials up to flammability class C3. /br The component can also be mounted in a P2 configuration—with self-adhesive tape on the bottom, facilitating fastening before final mounting to the substrate.
