/br>The LHD 30x25 joining cover is a key component of the KOPOS cable management system, designed for the aesthetic and functional finishing of connections in electrical installations. Made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it provides a durable and professional solution for routing cable installations in indoor environments. /br>#### Material and Chemical Resistance /br>The element is made of lead-free PVC (Pb-free) plastic, which guarantees safety of use and compliance with the latest environmental standards. The material is characterized by high resistance to chemical agents, including 25% ammonia, distilled water, 50% ethanol, 60% sodium hydroxide, 40% hydrofluoric acid, 5% acetic acid, 96% sulfuric acid, medical oil, methanol, olive oil, petroleum, 20% hydrogen peroxide, and transformer oil. /br>At the same time, the material does not show resistance to acetone, benzene, chlorinated hydrocarbons, and tetrachloromethane. The operating temperature range is T-5°C to +60°C, allowing for use in typical environmental conditions of residential and commercial buildings. /br>#### Technical Parameters and Normative Compliance /br>The cover has dimensions of 30mm height with a channel width of 25mm, ensuring a perfect fit for LHD trunking systems. The element features an IP40 protection rating and IK06 impact resistance, guaranteeing basic protection against solid objects with a diameter greater than 1mm and resistance to impacts with energy up to 0.5J. /br>The white color according to the RAL 9003 standard ensures a universal appearance suitable for most interiors. The element is intended for external mounting and can be used with base materials up to flammability class C3. The product meets the requirements of European standards EN 50085-1 ed.2:06 and EN 50085-2-1:07, and also features mechanical protection in accordance with the EN 50102 standard. /br>#### Application and Functionality /br>The element is used to aesthetically cover the connections between LHD angle trunking sections, while simultaneously providing additional protection for the routed conductors. Thanks to its precision manufacturing, it fits perfectly into installation channels without the need for additional mounting tools. /br>The system can be installed in rooms with zones of danger from explosive gases and flammable vapors (zone 2) and explosive dusts (zones 22). The element possesses self-extinguishing properties in less than 30 seconds and passes the glow-wire test at a temperature of 850°C. /br>The weight of the element is approximately 0.008 kg, making it lightweight and easy to transport and install. The product is available in single-piece individual packaging, allowing for precise planning of the quantity required for a specific cable installation.
