The PK160X65D corner cover is a key component of the cable management system in residential and office buildings. This corner element with dimensions 160×65 mm enables the aesthetic routing of cable paths in places where the installation changes direction - especially during transitions from horizontal to vertical on the same wall.

Construction and material

The element is made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which ensures exceptional durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The antibacterial model additionally protects against the development of microorganisms, which is particularly important in environments with increased humidity.

The "base part and cover" type construction in snow white (RAL 9003) guarantees an aesthetic appearance for many years of use. The symmetrical design facilitates installation regardless of the direction of the installation - whether ascending or descending.

Operating parameters and resistance

The system operates in a wide temperature range from -5°C to +60°C, allowing for use in both heated rooms and unheated parts of buildings. The IP40 protection rating provides basic protection against dust and accidental contact.

The material exhibits high resistance to chemical agents, confirming compliance with the CSN EN 50 085-1 standard. The element can be used with base material up to flammability class C3, which expands the range of possible applications.

Installation and compatibility

Installation is carried out using a clamp, which ensures stable fastening without the need for additional brackets or frames. Mounting perforation in the base part allows for precise positioning of the element relative to the substrate.

The element is supplied with a connector, which simplifies the installation process and ensures a durable connection between system segments. The angular range of exactly 90° is ideal for standard building corners.
