/br>The PK 90X55 D cover in black (RAL 9005) is a symmetrical element of the skirting trunking system, designed for professional electrical installation routing in buildings. The element made of PC/ABS plastic ensures safe routing of wires for low and extra-low voltage distributions. /br>#### Construction and technical parameters /br>The element has been specifically designed for ducts with dimensions 90×55 mm, allowing for optimal use of the installation space. The "connector" type design enables efficient joining of skirting trunking sections, creating continuous cable routes without visible mounting gaps. /br>The PC/ABS material is characterized by high IK07 impact resistance, which protects the installation from mechanical damage during assembly and operation. The black RAL 9005 surface ensures an aesthetic appearance and discreet integration with most interiors. /br>#### Functional properties and compatibility /br>The cover is adapted for the installation of modular devices with dimensions 45×45 mm or 22.5×45 mm, enabling the mounting of sockets, switches, and other electrical installation elements. The system allows for the placement of a maximum of three modular devices directly next to each other - for larger quantities, approximately 5-centimeter gaps should be maintained between groups of devices for proper securing. /br>The element does not require additional covers - the cover is trimmed to the desired length and installed directly next to the modular device. For circuit separation, PEKE 60_-C dividers or lighter PKS 70/60_XX alternatives with properties similar to metal dividers can be used. /br>#### Safety and environmental resistance /br>The PK skirting trunking system complies with the requirements of standards EN 50085-1 ed.2:06+A1:14 and EN 50085-2-1:07+A1:12, guaranteeing the highest level of safety for electrical installations. The element has a fire reaction class A1-F for the base material and self-extinguishing characteristics - the material extinguishes automatically within 30 seconds after the flame is removed. /br>The material has passed the glow wire test at a temperature of 850°C. Impact resistance is confirmed by the IK07 class according to the EN 50102 standard. /br>The element exhibits high chemical resistance - it is resistant to ammonia (25%), distilled water, ethanol (50%), NaOH (60%), HF (40%), H₂SO₄ (96%), medical and transformer oils, and many other chemical substances. At the same time, it should not be used with acetone, benzene, or chlorinated hydrocarbons. /br>The system can also be installed in rooms with increased risk - installation is permitted in areas at risk of explosion from flammable gases and vapors (hazardous zone) and dust (hazardous zone). However, the trunking is intended for indoor use only. /br>An additional advantage is that the trunking does not serve as a breeding ground for bacteria - it has been tested according to the ČSN EN ISO846:2019 standard for resistance to colonization by bacteria such as E.coli, Staphylococcus aureus, or Legionella pneumophila.
