The material is characterized by self-extinguishing properties - in case of contact with fire, it extinguishes automatically within 30 seconds. The design features a symmetrical shape with the possibility of angle adjustment within a range of ±8°, allowing for precise fitting to various installation configurations. / / The mounting system is based on clamps that ensure stable fastening of the element. Mounting perforation in the lower part allows for easy screwing to the substrate with a hole spacing of 200 ±20 mm. The element features a connector that facilitates connection with other system components. / /

Operating parameters and resistance

/ / The device operates in a wide temperature range from -5°C to +60°C, making it suitable for both indoor and semi-outdoor installations. IK07 impact resistance and IP40 protection rating provide sufficient protection against mechanical damage and small foreign objects. / / The material exhibits high resistance to many chemical substances, including ammonia (25%), distilled water, ethanol (50%), sodium hydroxide (60%), hydrofluoric acid (40%), acetic acid (5%), sulfuric acid (96%), and transformer oils. At the same time, contact with acetone, benzene, chlorinated hydrocarbons, or tetrachloromethane is not recommended. / /

Application and compatibility

/ / The element is primarily intended for the aesthetic finishing of cable trunking connection points when organizing turns in the installation route. The system can be used with base materials up to flammability class C3, which expands the range of possible applications. / / The product meets the requirements of CSN EN 50 085-1 standards, confirming its high quality and safety of use. Additionally, the element has an antibacterial certificate - it does not serve as a medium for bacteria such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, or Legionella pneumophila.
