Universal electrical conduit for various applications

Peszel SUPERMONOFLEX 1240 HFPP L50 is a flexible electrical conduit made of polypropylene (PP), designed to protect electrical wires in surface, concealed, concrete, wooden installations, as well as in hollow walls. Its dark gray color (RAL 7037) and outer diameter of 40 mm make it ideal for a wide range of applications. The conduit is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage - tensile strength is 750N/5cm.

The SUPERMONOFLEX HFPP L50 conduit is halogen-free, which means that it releases a minimal amount of toxic gases and smoke during combustion. This is crucial in places with increased fire safety requirements, such as public buildings, hospitals, schools or shopping centers. Additionally, the conduit is flame retardant and has an impact resistance class compliant with EN 61386-1 standard – medium (Class 3). The flexible construction makes it easy to route wires in complex installation systems.

Application and structural features

This conduit is particularly recommended for installations in areas exposed to potential explosion hazards of flammable gases and vapors (zone 2) and dusts (zone 22). It can be used both in machine and equipment installations and in surface installations (screed). The operating temperature range of the conduit is from -25°C to +105°C, which ensures its reliability in various environmental conditions. Its flexibility allows easy adaptation to the shape of the installation without the need for additional connecting elements.
