Universal cable ties for bundling and fastening

These black cable ties from KOPOS, measuring 100 mm in length and 2.5 mm in width, are a reliable solution for organizing wires, cables, and tubes. Made of durable polyamide (PA), they provide solid and durable fastening in various applications. Their versatility makes them suitable for both installations carried out by professionals and for DIY projects.

Design and properties

The ties are characterized by internal serration, which ensures a secure closure and prevents accidental loosening. A tensile strength of 80 N guarantees stability even under greater load. The material is halogen-free, which increases safety. Flame retardancy class V2 (UL94) provides limited fire resistance – an important feature in many installation applications. Additionally, they have a UL certificate confirming compliance with demanding safety standards.

These ties are designed for use in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +85°C during operation and from -10°C to +30°C during installation. However, it should be remembered that they do not have long-term resistance to UV radiation, therefore they are not recommended for outdoor applications exposed to direct sunlight. The use of plastic as a construction material affects their lightness and ease of installation. The fastening method is universal – dedicated cable tie mounts are required to attach them to the substrate.
