Construction and properties

SP 280x4.5 HA fastening straps are characterized by internal serration, which ensures a secure and safe closure. A tensile strength of 220 N guarantees binding stability even in difficult conditions. The material they are made of - polyamide - provides resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. The flammability class V2 (UL94) confirms their safety in the event of a fire, limiting the spread of fire. Additionally, they are halogen-free, which is important in applications requiring minimal emission of toxic substances during combustion.

Application and assembly

These straps are ideal for:

• Bundling cables into bundles
• Securing wires to the substrate (using dedicated holders)
• Organizing cabling in rack cabinets and switchboards
• Securing hydraulic tubes and pipes
• Applications requiring resistance to low temperatures (down to -40°C)

Assembly is simple and intuitive - just wrap the strap around the cable bundle or the element to be mounted and tighten it to the appropriate force. However, keep in mind that prolonged exposure to UV radiation can negatively affect their mechanical properties, so for outdoor installations it is recommended to use straps with increased UV resistance or additional protection.
