SKINTOP® ST-M cable gland — reliable sealing for demanding applications

The SKINTOP® ST-M cable gland is a professional solution for sealing and strain relief of cables entering enclosures. Made of high-quality polyamide (PA), it ensures exceptional oil resistance in harsh industrial conditions.

Design and materials

The gland body is made of polyamide (PA) — a material with enhanced chemical and mechanical resistance. The long metric thread M32x1,5 with a length of 10 mm allows for trouble-free installation even in thick-walled enclosures.

The wrench size is 36 mm, facilitating installation with standard tools.

Performance and operating parameters

The product features a wide clamping range from 11 mm to 21 mm, allowing a single solution to handle various cable types. The variable design enables adjustment to a specific cable diameter without the need to replace the entire gland.

The operating temperature range is -40°C to +100°C, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Protection and safety

The gland provides IP69K protection class, guaranteeing effective protection against dust, pressurized water, and extreme weather conditions. Additionally, it meets the requirements of IP68 (5 bar for 30 minutes) and IP66 standards.

The design includes durable vibration protection, which prevents the cap nut from loosening during machine operation. The multiple flattened trapezoidal thread ensures stability during rotation and quick closure.
