The nickel-plated surface not only protects against rusting but also provides excellent electrical conductivity necessary for effective EMI shielding.

The hexagonal shape allows for secure tightening using a standard 15 mm wrench, and the precisely manufactured PG 7 thread with a 1.27 mm pitch guarantees a perfect fit for the appropriate cable glands. The nut thickness of 4.7 mm provides sufficient contact surface while maintaining compact dimensions.
