The DAMP PROOF DALI LED luminaire is a high-end lighting solution designed specifically for harsh industrial conditions. Thanks to its IP65 protection class and IK08 impact resistance, it excels in places with high humidity, dust, and the risk of mechanical damage.

Construction and materials ensuring durability in harsh conditions

The luminaire housing made of polycarbonate (PC) guarantees resistance to corrosion, chemicals, and extreme temperatures ranging from -25°C to +40°C. The material is characterized by high impact resistance (5 Joules) and a glow-wire test of 850°C according to IEC 60695-2-12, making it safe for industrial environments.

The classic "bath" shape provides optimal protection against moisture and dust, while simultaneously allowing for easy ceiling or wall mounting. The design features a screwless, 5-pole terminal block, which simplifies installation and maintenance.

Advanced DALI control and lighting parameters

DALI-2 technology enables precise control of light intensity and driver configuration via the network. DALI-2 certification guarantees high compatibility with building automation systems from various manufacturers.

The lighting parameters are impressive: a luminous flux of 4400 lumens at a power of only 32W translates to an efficacy of 138 lm/W. A color temperature of 4000K (cool white) along with a color rendering index of CRI >80 allows for precise color distinction in industrial applications. A beam angle of 110° evenly illuminates large surfaces.

The driver meets the requirements of the EN 50172 standard for emergency lighting systems, and flicker ≤3% eliminates eye fatigue during long working hours.

The luminaire is suitable for industrial and warehouse areas requiring long-term lighting. Mounting is possible both surface-mounted or suspended, providing flexibility in installation design.

The operating temperature range from -25°C to +40°C allows for use in both cold storage and high-temperature rooms. Durability of L80/B10 @25°C = 50000 hours (70000h L70/B50) and a switching cycle count of 100000 guarantee years of trouble-free operation even under intensive use.
