The gland body is made of polyamide (PA) - a plastic with high mechanical and chemical resistance. The material is halogen-free, making it safe for the environment and users. The straight type design is characterized by impact resistance, guaranteeing durability even in difficult installation conditions.

The PG16 thread with a pitch of 1.588 mm and a length of 42 mm ensures a solid connection to enclosures or installation boxes. A wrench size of 42 mm allows for easy installation using standard tools. The product is equipped with a locknut, which further strengthens the mounting and improves the tightness of the connection.

Operating parameters and protection

The gland offers an IP68 protection rating, which means complete dust-tightness and resistance to continuous immersion in water. This level of protection is ideal for outdoor applications, industrial installations, and places exposed to moisture.

The operating temperature range is from -20°C to +80°C, allowing for use in both cold storage and high-temperature environments. The component is designed for cables with a diameter of 18...25 mm, ensuring versatility across different cable types.

The design does not feature bend protection or glass fiber reinforcement, which simplifies installation while maintaining basic sealing functionality.
