The Legrand CAB3 marker is a component of the wire and terminal marking system used in electrical installations - both industrial and building. The CAB3 series includes digital and alphanumeric markers designed for fast and unambiguous identification of wires and Viking 3 connection terminals.

Intended use and scope of application

The CAB3 system works directly with Viking 3 connection terminals - up to 4 markings can be placed on a single terminal for wires up to 0.5 mm², or up to 3 markings for wires in the 0.5-1.5 mm² range.

Construction and mounting method

The marker is made of plastic - the material ensures the durability of the print even in difficult operating conditions inside the switchboard. The dimensions of a single element are 5 mm × 3 mm (width × length).

Mounting is done via a snap-on mechanism - the marker is pressed onto the wire core or onto the terminal block without the use of tools. The roll format allows for quick dispensing of consecutive elements during installation work.
