Solid and functional solution for cable routing

Cable tray 600 x 100 mm is an element of the DLPC cable management system from Legrand, designed for safe and aesthetic routing of electrical and telecommunication cables. Made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it provides durability and resistance to mechanical damage. Mounting perforation in the bottom part facilitates mounting the tray to the substrate, and the gray color (RAL 7030) harmoniously blends into the surroundings.

This tray is an ideal solution for both professionals – installers, and end customers who independently implement installation projects. Its solid construction guarantees the safety of the routed cables, and the dimensions allow for the organization of even complex installations.

Features and applications

The cable tray with a width of 600 mm and a height of 100 mm offers a large working space, allowing for the free arrangement of many cables. A length of 3000 mm allows covering significant sections of the cable route, minimizing the number of connections. Made of PVC with a thickness of 4.8 mm, the tray is resistant to corrosion and the influence of atmospheric factors in the temperature range from -5°C to +60°C.

Installation and additional information

The DLPC cable tray is characterized by simple installation – perforation in the bottom part allows mounting with standard screws or expansion bolts. The lack of a cover allows easy access to the cables during maintenance or modification of the installation. The "without connector" model means the absence of additional elements connecting individual sections of the tray – they can be connected using accessories available in the Legrand offer (available separately). The tray does not have a surface protection – it is delivered in a raw state, which allows for possible painting or other visual modifications tailored to the investor's needs.
