This surface-mounted Plexo3 PV distribution board, designed for photovoltaic systems, is a robust and reliable solution for installers and end users. The wall-mountable design, combined with a high IP65 protection rating, guarantees long-term, fault-free operation even under harsh outdoor conditions.

Robust Construction and High Resistance

The housing is made from durable polystyrene, providing impact resistance (IK09) and UV resistance—essential for outdoor installations. The gray color (RAL 7046) blends seamlessly into the environment, while transparent doors allow visual inspection of internal components without opening the enclosure. A cylindrical lock adds an extra layer of security against unauthorized access. Notably, the board supports expansion—additional modules or components can be easily added when needed.

Functionality Tailored to PV System Needs

The distribution board offers space for up to 18 modules, enabling flexible configuration to meet specific photovoltaic system requirements. Inside, a DIN rail allows mounting of overcurrent breakers, surge protection devices, and other essential protective equipment. The absence of a grounding and neutral busbar is standard for this type of distribution board, which is dedicated exclusively to DC current from photovoltaic panels. The signal-transparent doors ensure optimal communication range without requiring them to be opened. Additionally, the design facilitates easy installation of MC4 connectors—the industry-standard connector in PV installations.
