Construction and dimensions

The RWN flush-mounted distribution board with dimensions 330 × 680 × 86.5 mm (width × height × depth) accommodates 48 modules arranged in 4 rows - 12 modules per row. The enclosure is made of plastic in white RAL 9010, ensuring an aesthetic appearance and corrosion resistance.

The installation depth is 82.5 mm, and the mounting width is 326 mm - these dimensions allow for installation even in thin partition walls. The internal working space has a depth of 87 mm, providing comfort during wire routing and modular device installation.

The set includes DIN rails enabling the mounting of circuit breakers, disconnectors, and other modular elements.

Wiring system

The model is equipped with N+PE connection strips - separate strips for the neutral and protective conductors, which simplifies installation and ensures proper connection organization. The strips can be mounted anywhere on the internal perimeter of the distribution board, making the workspace configuration flexible.

For easy wire entry, top and bottom knock-out plates are located at the top and bottom of the enclosure - they can simply be pressed out or removed, adjusting the openings to the cable diameter.

Transparent door and access

The transparent door allows for continuous monitoring of the installation status without the need to open the distribution board - this saves time during inspections and allows for quick diagnostics. The door can be additionally equipped with a cylinder lock, which secures access to the devices against unauthorized persons - particularly useful in public or semi-industrial areas.

The enclosure protection rating is IP40 (protection against solid objects >1 mm), and the mechanical impact resistance is IK07. Class II protection means basic insulation without the need for grounding the enclosure.

Application and expansion

The distribution board is suitable for residential construction (single-family houses, apartments) as well as commercial and industrial sectors. The manufacturer has provided for expansion possibilities and offers dedicated accessories for mounting in both solid walls and skeletal structures made of hollow blocks or plasterboard. The distribution boards can also be combined into sets to create larger distribution points.
