Construction and dimensions

RWN flush-mounted distribution boards are suitable for both residential, commercial, and industrial construction - dedicated accessories can be mounted in both solid and hollow walls and multiple sets can be created by connecting them.

The enclosure is made of plastic in white (RAL 9010). The external dimensions are 330 × 305 × 86.5 mm, with a mounting depth of 82.5 mm, a mounting hole width of 326 mm, and a height of 301 mm.

Inside, there is one DIN rail accommodating 12 modules. The internal depth is 87 mm, which ensures freedom when routing wires and accessing modular devices even when the distribution board is fully loaded.

Insulating door and locking

The model is equipped with an insulating door with a thickness specified by the manufacturer as a clearance - a solid barrier protecting the equipment from accidental contact and dust.

The locking is implemented via a profile cylinder (it is possible to install a lock), which allows restricting access to unauthorized persons where necessary.

The door is signal-transparent - it opens easily without the need to use a key every time, while the profile cylinder remains as an optional security measure.

N+PE terminals and wiring

The distribution board is supplied factory-equipped with N+PE terminals - the installer does not need to purchase them separately or waste time on additional installation of these electrical installation elements.

The cable entry plates located at the top and bottom of the enclosure are removable - this facilitates wiring without the need to maneuver wires through tight mounting holes.

Electrical protection and standard

The IP40 protection rating ensures effective protection against solid bodies >1 mm (e.g., small tools), but without water resistance - therefore, RWN distribution boards are used inside buildings, in dry residential, commercial, or industrial rooms.

The IK07 mechanical strength confirms the enclosure's resistance to impacts - it will handle accidental bumps during finishing works or daily use of the room.

Protection class II (double insulation) eliminates the need for separate grounding of the enclosure - installation is simplified where routing a protective conductor would be cumbersome or impossible due to construction reasons.

The product complies with the PN-EN 60439-3 standard, which specifies the requirements for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies intended for domestic and similar use.
