The SP58 3P+N fuse base is a reliable solution for isolating and protecting electrical circuits in industrial installations. Specifically designed for cylindrical HRC fuses with dimensions 22x58 mm, it constitutes a key element of electrical protection systems.

Construction and operating parameters

The device is manufactured according to the highest quality standards, ensuring a rated operating voltage of 400V and an IP20 protection rating. The design includes 3 phase poles plus a simultaneously disconnected neutral pole, which guarantees full circuit separation in the event of service or failure.

Mounting is performed on a standard DIN rail, which significantly simplifies installation in switchboards. The base occupies 8 modules in the switchboard and has a depth of 44mm, allowing for compact utilization of the installation space.

Compliance and safety

The product meets the requirements of standards NF C 63-210/60-200-2 and NF EN/IEC 60269-2, confirming its compliance with European safety standards. It is equipped with protection against accidental access to live parts and the possibility of mechanical locking (in certain variants).

The wire connection system allows for the connection of a single conductor with a cross-section of up to 50mm² or two conductors of 25mm² each, providing flexibility in various installation configurations.

Application and operation

Simultaneous disconnection of the neutral conductor eliminates the risk of parasitic voltage appearing on disconnected loads. The device housing is made in color RAL 7035 (light grey), which facilitates identification in multi-module switchboards. The lack of optical fault signaling is compensated by a simple design that minimizes the possibility of failure of the device itself.
