Fuse holder SP51 1P 021501
Professional fuse base for industrial installations
The SP51 fuse base is a reliable solution for protecting electrical circuits in industrial and commercial applications. Specifically designed for HRC fuses type aM and gG with dimensions 14x51 mm, it features a compact design that fits into a standard distribution board.
Construction and technical parameters
The device features a single-pole design occupying 1.5 modules (26.5 mm width), allowing for efficient use of space in distribution boards. The rated voltage is 400V, and the rated current reaches 50A, providing a wide spectrum of applications in medium-load installations.
Mounting is performed on a standard DIN EN 60715 rail or via screws, providing installation flexibility in various types of distribution boards. The wire terminals allow for the connection of one wire with a cross-section up to 35 mm² or two wires up to 16 mm² each, making it suitable for diverse installation configurations.
Safety and standards
The product meets the strict requirements of IEC 60269-2 and BS EN 60269-2 standards, confirmed by the Bureau Veritas certificate. The IP20 protection rating protects against contact with live parts and against access to solid objects larger than Ø12.5 mm.
The design takes practical operational aspects into account - the height below the front plate is 44mm, and the distance between the plate and the door is 48mm, which facilitates mounting in various distribution board configurations.
Application and compatibility
The SP51 base is intended for use with HRC cylindrical fuses type aM (motor protection) and gG (general protection), providing effective protection against overload and short circuits. The inability to simultaneously disconnect the neutral conductor makes the device ideal for applications where maintaining N-circuit continuity is required.
Compact dimensions (106×81×26.5mm) and a solid plastic construction are suitable for new installation projects as well as during the modernization of existing systems requiring reliable overcurrent protection.
