Professional mounting solutions for industrial enclosures

A set of two external hinges with an opening angle of 180° designed for mounting industrial enclosures. Each hinge is made of plastic in color RAL 7016.

Construction and system compatibility

The hinges have been specifically designed for enclosures with dimensions 310×240 mm and 360×270 mm. The external type design allows full access to the interior of the enclosure while maintaining maximum functionality.

The mounting system offers installation flexibility thanks to two mounting options:

• Internal mounting - through four longitudinal holes in the rear part of the enclosure
• External mounting - using four screws in the corners outside the cabling space
• Optional wall brackets - Cat.No 0 358 02 (available separately)

Technical properties and environmental resistance

The construction from raw plastic material guarantees natural corrosion resistance and dimensional stability across a wide range of operating temperatures. The hinges are part of an accessory system with an IP55 protection class and IK07 mechanical resistance.

Smooth surfaces facilitate cleaning and minimize the accumulation of dirt, which is particularly important in environments requiring high hygiene standards.

Application and operational benefits

The set contains two hinges, sufficient for the standard mounting of a typical industrial enclosure. The 180° opening angle allows for full opening of the cover. The lack of adjustability is compensated by precise manufacturing, ensuring repeatability of mounting parameters between units.

The system is compatible with the entire range of Legrand Plexo industrial enclosures, used in industrial buildings, electrical switchgear, and control cabinets.
