The Marina cabinet 800 x 600 x 300 mm (ref. no. 036261) is a high-end polyester enclosure designed specifically for operation in harsh industrial and outdoor conditions. Thanks to the IP66 protection rating and IK10 impact resistance, it provides comprehensive protection against dust, water, and mechanical damage.

Top-quality construction and materials

The enclosure is made of fiber-reinforced polyester (FRP), which guarantees exceptional durability and resistance to environmental factors. The material is self-extinguishing up to 960°C in accordance with the PN-EN 60695-2-11 standard, ensuring maximum operational safety.

The single-piece injection-molded construction eliminates potential leak points, and the wall thickness is 3.5 mm for the body and 4 mm for the door, resulting in a robust overall structure.

Operating parameters, environmental resistance, and functionality

The cabinet performs well across a wide temperature range from -20°C to +60°C, maintaining full functionality even in extreme weather conditions. The material exhibits excellent resistance to corrosion and chemicals, including gasoline, oils, and greases.

A special feature is its resistance to UV radiation and salt spray, confirmed by durability tests lasting 1500 hours. This allows the product to maintain its mechanical and aesthetic properties for many years of outdoor operation.

The doors are reversible with a 180° opening angle, allowing for optimal adjustment of the access direction to suit the specific installation site. Security is provided by a double-bar lock, which can be expanded with a lever key locking system.

The interior of the cabinet allows for direct mounting of equipment on the upper and lower parts using factory-prepared threaded holes. An internal depth of 261 mm provides sufficient space for various electrical equipment.

The Marina series offers a wide range of accessories—from solid and perforated plates, TH35 mounting profiles to plinths and protective roofs—enabling perfect configuration tailoring to specific installation needs.

Compliance with standards and certificates

The enclosure meets the requirements of insulation class II according to PN-EN 60439-1, creating a completely isolated working environment for electrical apparatus. The product holds VERITAS and OC/CB-FR certificates, confirming its compliance with European safety standards.

The RAL 7035 (grey) color scheme fits perfectly into the aesthetics of industrial environments, while the rounded edges provide a modern look while maintaining full functional utility.
