The steel insulating bracket with dimensions 600 × 300 mm is a universal solution for the professional mounting of SPX fuse-switch disconnectors on busbar systems with a width of 60 mm. The perforated raw steel design ensures maximum mounting flexibility while maintaining high mechanical strength.

Universal compatibility and range of applications

The kit is adapted for mounting on flat bars with dimensions of 5-10 mm. This makes it suitable for both industrial switchboards and building installations.

It can be mounted in XL3 enclosures after using appropriate adapters attached to the structural profiles.

Operating parameters and service conditions

The design withstands a maximum temperature of 120°C, allowing for operation in harsh industrial conditions. A tightening torque of 4 Nm guarantees a stable connection between the bracket and the busbars throughout the entire service life.

The steel construction provides high resistance to vibrations and mechanical loads occurring during normal operation of the electrical installation. The perforation facilitates ventilation and heat dissipation generated by the current flowing through the conducting elements.
